白燐弾だけではない、イスラエルの非道な兵器使用
今回のガザ侵攻を契機に、2006年のレバノン侵攻についての資料を読み漁っていたのですが、イスラエルは白燐弾に限らず殺傷目的ではない建前の兵器を虐殺に使うのがお好きなようで…

メルカバの武装は3から、西側標準の一二〇mm滑腔砲に変更されている。

弾薬はイスラエルで国産されたものが使用されている。弾種は一般的な装弾筒付翼安定徹甲弾M711(APFSDS-T)弾、成型炸薬弾M325(HEAT-MP-T)弾にイスラエルらしい対人／対物弾M324(TPCSDS-T)が用意されている。この弾薬はすでにパレスチナの武力制圧(!)*2に、十分使用実績があるそうだ。なおNATOスタンダード弾薬も使用可能である。

このM324 TPCSDS-Tと言う記述は非常に気になっていて、イスラエル軍がガザ住民に銃を突きつけて一ヶ所に集めた上で戦車で砲撃して虐殺した事例で使われたのではないか…と思って調べてみました。が、ネット上でこのM324が使われた事例について書かれた資料が容易にみつからないので、メーカーのカタログなどを調べてみました。
メーカーであるIMI社が示している表向きの用途は「（対戦車）運動エネルギー砲弾射撃の訓練弾」と言うことになっていますが、もう少し調べてみると、軍事年鑑で有名なJanesの武器情報販売サイトに行き着きます。

The M324/4 120-mm TPCSDS-T kinetic training cartridge is used to simulate KE munitions with the Merkava Mk 3/4 and has been verified for use and firing from the Leopard 2 tank.
This kinetic training round employs a unique cone stabiliser concept to limit the safety zone required for tank gunnery to up to 4 kilometres at a 10 degree elevation.
The M324/4 round has a similar trajectory to that of the combat APFSDS-T round up to a 1500-metre range,thus providing realistic training, with the same external ballistics characteristics and accuracy.
The loading procedures, acoustic effects,gun-recoil behaviour, tank reaction and tank-crew operational procedures are similar to those that occur during the firing of the combat APFSDS-T round.
In addition, the M324/4 uses a similar cartridge to that of the service round, and thus is a valuable training device.

Development
Developed by the then Israel Military Industries (IMI), the 120 mm M324 (CL 3139) Training-Practice Cone-Stabilised Discarding-Sabot Tracer (TPCSDS-T) was created primarily as a training round for the 120 mm MG251 smoothbore gun, mounted on the Merkava Mark 3 MBT, and has been verified for use with the 120 mm Rheinmetall DeTec smoothbore gun for the Leopard 2 MBT.

使う側の側に立った、M324 TPCSDS-T弾の具体的な使い方の資料には現時点では行き着いていないので、ここから先は構造や解説を見ながらの想像になりますが、
対戦車戦闘の訓練弾と言うことで、最初は戦車砲を確実に敵戦車に当てるための訓練用の射程の短い模擬弾として開発が始まったのでしょう。しかし、開発か運用の過程で、IMI及びイスラエル軍はこの訓練弾が暴徒鎮圧＝デモをしている群集に向けて非常に「的確」に作用する、限定された（＝機関砲と違ってある程度以上の距離を離していれば被害を受けない、友軍や自軍に被害を及ぼさずに直近の群集を武力鎮圧するのに最適な）攻撃力を持つことに気がついた。
故に、この「訓練弾」は、白兵戦と言うよりは群集が集まったところで人や建物を「壊す」のに多く使われるようになった。
…この部分は想像でしたが、実際の状況も似たようなものなのでしょう。イスラエル軍や米軍が白燐弾を「あくまでも煙幕と照明のため」と言うエクスキューズの下に、実際には虐殺とインフラ破壊の為に専ら使ってるのとまったく同じ構図です。
戦争とは、こういう非道と出鱈目こそが「標準」である…そういう風に改めて思いました。
